Location and information?

During a train ride from Ljubljana to Dobova in 2008, we saw these locomotives between Zidani Most and Dobova. Would it have been Sevnica? They look like MAK locos. Are they used by an industry (RAG?), or are they there for servicing or repairs? Any information would be welcome.

There are three locomotives in my picture, I wonder if they were the only ones treated?
