Can someone explain the difference in these two sections, please? I am never quite sure which I sould post my pictures in.

"fotografija" is a collection of (single) fotos, not necessarily connected in time and/or location.
"fotopis" is a travelogue (travel report) with (more) text illustrated with pictures (or video clips).
